WHAT TO BRING TO MEETS:
- Bottle of water
- Healthy snacks (i.e. fruit, crackers, bagels,
etc.) --> NO JUNK FOOD!
- An extra towel (one will get awful wet throughout
the meet)
- An extra set of warm clothes to relax in between your races
- Music, games, cards, etc. (anything to keep you occupied
between races)
- Last but definitely not least...ENTHUSIASM!
Don't forget your team suit, goggles, and cap!
